Don't forget these...
Peperomia scandens (pep-er-ROH-mee-uh SKAN-dens) hails from South and Central America and Mexico, where it grows in the treetops.
This epiphytic perennial plant is a member of the Piperaceae family of plants. It is a relative of the common pepper plant. The genus name, Peperomia, combines the two Greek words, homoios and peperi, meaning “similar to pepper.” The specific epithet, scandens, means “sprawling or climbing.”
Care
Light: Place your Peperomia near a bright window but not in direct sunlight. These plants do best with abundant bright, indirect light.
Watering: Soak your peperomia and allow excess water to drain out. Water once the soil is almost fully dry.
Temperature / Humidity: Your plant will enjoy average household temperatures and humidity.
Soil: These plants have shallow root systems so re potting should happen all too often. Being an epiphyte, growing your peperomia in a light well draining potting mix is ideal for growing a happy and healthy plant.
