All photos are an indication of the plant species and size reference only.  All plants will have slight variations in coloring and condition. Decorative pot not included. Plants will be shipped in sphagnum moss or perlite.

Akin to the Scindapsus Jade Satin, the Blue Satin features a dimensional combination of hues, but a little more greyscale. Not much is available to research online, but it's unsure whether this sneaky scindapsus is more closely related to the Jade Satin or the S. Hederaceus. The Blue Satin Scindapsus flaunts shiny, blue/green foliage we've never seen before, with that same Scindapsus sharpness we all know and love.

Light: Can tolerate medium to low indirect light, but prefers moderate to bright indirect light.

Water: Let this beauty mostly dry out between watering, watering when your pot feels light or the leaves gently start to bend downwards. The worst thing you can do for this plant is over water it, so always make sure to home in a pot with drainage holes, in a well draining soil mix.

Temperature/Humidity: Comfortable in average household temperature/humidity, but will let you know if you need to move it somewhere a little more humid if the leaves stay slightly curled even after watered correctly. Avoid cold draughts.

Soil/Potting: Most Scindapsus are comfortable in any well draining tropical mix, but we prefer equal parts of potting soil, peat moss, and perlite. If you're feeling fancy, you can add charcoal pieces or coco coir chips to increase drainage. Repot when roots start to grow out of the pot, they love to be root bound.
